OUR HISTORY

Catapult's Founder and Managing Director, Neil Waterman, has been connecting dots throughout his entire business career. A serial entrepreneur in his own right, Waterman is following in the footsteps of his late father, N.S. "Mike" Waterman, Jr., who always emphasized the power of relationships, and sharing experiences to help facilitate success among entrepreneurs. The Watermans have been a staple in the Dallas business community for close to 30 years, and have been involved in numerous entrepreneurial endeavors, both as founders and investors.

Through their affiliations with The Young Presidents Organization (www.ypo.org) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (www.eonetwork.org), Neil and his family have established countless relationships throughout the world with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and key decision makers who all understand the value of networking. These relationships have helped found the Catapult Advisory Committee, which is what makes Catapult such a unique networking engine.
