In addition to serving as a Director to Catapult, Bill currently serves as Vice Chairman and Managing Partner of Pearson Partners International, a global retained executive search firm. Bill has conducted assignments for a broad range of industries, including technology, energy, retail, consumer products, food manufacturing and foodservice, professional services, communications, entertainment, not-for-profit, financial services, and both light and industrial manufacturing.

Previously, Bill served as the Managing Director of the Dallas practice of Foster Partners. Bill is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he served on the board from 2005-2006. He is an advisory board member for Risesmart Corp., alumni chair and a member of the board of directors for the SMU Club Lacrosse Program, and a life member of the Dallas Safari Club. He authored a chapter titled, "A Force of Integrity within the Corporate World", in the recent book, Best Practices for Executive Search Firms: Leading Executives on Developing Benchmarks, Evaluating Potential candidates, and Helping Clients Succeed (Aspatore Books, 2007). Bill earned a bachelor's degree in history from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
