Neil is the Founder and Managing Director of Catapult Partners, LP. Over the last decade Neil has founded several entrepreneurial ventures, and has a proven track record of identifying the lack of a product or service in a specific market and then filling that void. Neil has always had a passion to work with fellow entrepreneurs and their emerging businesses, and truly enjoys connecting people and opportunities in an effort to achieve success for all parties. As an entrepreneur himself, Neil is not afraid of trying something new and thinking outside of the box.

To that end, in an effort to gain a broader perspective on an international level, he spent five years in Latin America (Chile and Argentina) immediately following his graduation from college. During his time abroad, Neil was involved in various ventures in the hospitality, media, and software fields; served on the Board of Endeavor Chile (a non-profit organization which encourages the growth of entrepreneurs in emerging markets), and also completed his Executive MBA program. Neil currently serves on the board of the University of Texas at Dallas-Center for BrainHealth, a scientific institute that combines cutting-edge brain research with clinical interventions. Neil recently concluded his second term as a board member of the Dallas Chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization (2006-2008), and is a former member of the World Presidents' Organization's Young Adult Forum in Dallas. Neil is actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas and Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas. Neil holds Master of Business Administration degrees from both Tulane University and the Universidad de Chile, and is fluent in Spanish. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Neil resides in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.
