Neil is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Catapult Partners.
Over his career, Neil has founded several entrepreneurial ventures, and has always had a passion for working with fellow entrepreneurs and their emerging businesses.
Neil has served on the Board of multiple organizations throughout his career, and recently co-founded The Legacy Alliance, a private equity firm in Dallas. He is active in the community, having served on the Advisory Boards of the Entrepreneurs for North Texas, The Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas, and the Communities Foundation of Texas. He is a former member of the Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (2001-2011), where he served two terms on the Board.
Neil received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, holds Master of Business Administration degrees from both Tulane University and the Universidad de Chile, and is fluent in Spanish.
Neil resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.
Richard is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Catapult Partners.
Over his career, he has led sales organizations and management teams in the aviation and manufacturing industries including Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Hawker Beechcraft.
Richard has served on the Board of multiple organizations throughout his career, most recently serving as an outside director for Skandia Inc., a portfolio company of Greycliff Partners. He is an executive level business leader specializing in organizational improvement and growth strategies.
Richard is a positive collaborator who seeks out tough business challenges and transforms under-performing organizations into industry leaders.
Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He has his Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses. Richard is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas which supports its non-profit organization, The Momentous Institute.
He resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

David McPherson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Catapult Partners.
David has counseled CEOs and CMOs with a unique ability to get to the heart of their business challenges, uncover opportunities and position their companies to win.
Prior to joining Catapult, David was a Founder and Partner at McBRANDWORKS. He has over 30 years of brand stewardship skills forged at acclaimed advertising agencies like Hill Holliday, Y&R and Mullen, discovering critical insights that drive bold strategies and big compelling ideas that create results.
David's experience is diverse and includes major brands in financial services, soft drinks, beer, footwear, sporting goods, tourism and technology, and he has developed platforms and brands in the digital world with successful technology startups.
David graduated from Colorado State University with a BS Business Administration in Marketing, and resides in Evanston IL and Lake Geneva WI.
Steve Saxton is Managing Director of Catapult Strategic Advisors, a division of Catapult Partners.
Steve has been a growth strategy consultant for over 14 years, after a 23-year career in Management Consulting, Aircraft Sales, Business Aviation, Strategic Sourcing and Technology Start-ups. He helps business owners develop, prioritize and implement growth strategies and has been involved in over 12 start-up businesses throughout his career. Clients include Wheels Up, Global Jet Capital, Hawker Beechcraft, JETNET, NEXUS, Wyvern, Industrial Scientific (A Fortive Company), Alcoa and many others.
Prior to Catapult, Steve founded and managed Seneca Rocks Consulting, a revenue growth strategy advisory, and held commercial positions of increasing seniority at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, BAE Systems, Vee Neal Aviation, FreeMarkets and Ariba.
Steve served for 8 years on the Board of the Mt. Lebanon Foundation, a start-up community foundation in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He has also been active in the leadership of the Pittsburgh YMCA Adventure programs, a fundraiser for Camp AIM (summer camp for children with physical, cognitive, emotional, social and communication challenges) and an indoor soccer coach.
Steve graduated from Oberlin College with Honors in Economics and has completed a post-graduate course in Computer Aided Manufacturing at Oklahoma State University and the Oxford Air Transport Course in Oxford, England.
He and his wife split their time between Pittsburgh and Northern Minnesota and have two grown children.

Paul Griffith is Managing Director of Catapult Strategic Advisors, a division of Catapult Partners.
Paul has served as Acquisition, Implementation and Operating lead from within and across some of the largest consumer internet companies in the world, along with operating nimble technology startups in the B2B space. He has taken his deal, partnership, and operating experience to help companies transform sales and marketing, build out scalable service-oriented technology capabilities while guiding companies in investing in mission-oriented transformation initiatives.
Paul has been a transformation consultant for 5 years through his consulting practice Blackland Company where he has lead Mr. Cooper’s Servicing Operations digital transformation, G4 Logistics’ sales automation and Empathy’s go-to-market and distribution strategies. After having spent the previous 15 years at the forefront of the Ad Tech consolidation as a Corporate Business Director, leading transactions with Google, IAC, AOL, Ad.com and Microsoft, he served as COO of Endeavor.com, leading them up to and through their strategic acquisition by Vendavo.
Paul serves on the board of the St. Joseph’s Charitable Trust. He also serves as Committee Chair for BSA troop 838. He is involved in supporting community improvement and sustainability focused organizations in City Square and Rainbow Days.
Paul graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science. He lives in Dallas with his wife and 3 children.
Joey Leak is the General Counsel at Catapult Partners.
He has a diverse business, real estate, and litigation background, and has provided effective and comprehensive legal counsel to clients ranging from individuals and startup companies to regional and national firms.
Joey’s experience includes providing outside general counsel to entrepreneurs and established companies in all aspects of their business, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, investor relations, debt and equity financing, commercial contracts and transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Over his career, Joey has assisted private equity and venture capital firms in establishing funds and raising and deploying investment capital, and has represented clients in the private placement of over $500 million in securities.
In addition to his business practice, Joey also has extensive real estate experience, having counseled buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and contractors and professionals in relation to most aspects of the construction, sale, or lease of commercial and residential properties.
He is a graduate of University of Texas, and University of Texas School of Law.
