Neil is the Founder and Managing Director of Catapult Partners.
Over his career, Neil has founded several entrepreneurial ventures, and has always had a passion for working with fellow entrepreneurs and their emerging businesses.
Neil has served on the Board of multiple organizations throughout his career, and recently co-founded The Legacy Alliance, a private equity firm in Dallas. He is active in the community, having served on the Advisory Boards of the Entrepreneurs for North Texas, The Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas, and the Communities Foundation of Texas. He is a former member of the Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (2001-2011), where he served two terms on the Board.
Neil received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, holds Master of Business Administration degrees from both Tulane University and the Universidad de Chile, and is fluent in Spanish.
Neil resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.
Richard is a Managing Director of Catapult Partners.
Over his career, he has led sales organizations and management teams in the aviation and manufacturing industries including Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Hawker Beechcraft.
Richard has served on the Board of multiple organizations through out his career, most recently serving as an outside director for Skandia Inc., a portfolio company of Greycliff Partners. He is an executive level business leader specializing in organizational improvement and growth strategies.
Richard is a positive collaborator who seeks out tough business challenges and transforms under-performing organizations into industry leaders.
Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He has his Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses. Richard is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas which supports its non-profit organization, The Momentous Institute.
He resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
