The Catapult Partners Advisory Board has over a century of strategic business experience collectively, and many of us have been consultants, mentors and advisors during our careers.
Our Strategic Practice leverages the collective wisdom and experience of our Advisory Board and provide bespoke strategic consulting as a core service of our business.
HOW WE HELP
We start by listening to our client’s strategic objectives, near-term and long-term goals as well as their challenges and impediments to growth.
We design a flexible approach that is collaborative with the client’s owner group and leadership team, and leverages their domain expertise and our business experience to achieve their objectives.
We are nimble, agile, active and document-light.
We deploy tools and methods we are comfortable with (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, VRIO, Visioning, etc.), as needed, to gather internal and external data and characterize the “current state.”
We introduce third-party experts when specific expertise is warranted (e.g., talent acquisition, procurement, sales training, etc.)
We don’t bring in an army of freshly minted MBAs.
We don’t create 100-page PowerPoints to leave behind in a binder. We don’t charge millions of dollars.
